RTT is one of the largest carriers in Brazil, with nationwide operations and a focus on complex logistics. We worked on developing a new digital platform to modernize its processes, integrate legacy systems and improve management of freight, routes and pickups.
The platform was designed to digitize and automate RTT's internal operations, including route control, ERP integration, freight creation and real-time management dashboards. We also improved the user experience for both operators and RTT clients.
The project involved a deep tech restructuring, moving manual processes into a scalable digital environment.
Ongoing development with a dedicated team, working alongside RTT's technology and operations teams. The project was built in modular phases to deliver value from the first months, with a focus on performance, scalability and ease of use.
